We were engaged to secure Listed Building consent for the refurbishment of a residential property in Chelsea, navigating a highly complex and sensitive heritage context within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

We led the project from start to finish, collaborating closely with Tanya Bentley Interiors, guiding the project through the pre-application stage, coordinating all planning and heritage reports, and liaising directly with both the Listed Building and Planning Officers.

During this process, we identified and resolved discrepancies between prior approvals and the existing on-site condition, successfully regularising the position and avoiding potential enforcement issues. This strategic and collaborative approach ensured the submission was robust, accurate, and clearly justified.

Listed Building consent was successfully achieved with no pre-commencement conditions.
