The Plannery was engaged to secure planning permission for a substantial residential remodel within the Wandsworth Common Conservation Area. The project sought to enhance the property’s character and significantly improve its functionality.

Specifically, the proposals centred on refining the front elevation for balanced symmetry; adding a new mansard extension to the rear elevation (unlocking additional space); adding double glazing and introducing much needed integrated air-conditioning.

We took a strategic approach using permitted development rights to support key elements of the proposal, ensuring a strong and robust planning case.

The application was approved without any pre-commencement conditions, allowing works to start immediately.
