The Plannery was appointed to secure planning permission and Listed Building Consent for a contemporary extension to a Grade II listed property within a Conservation Area. We worked alongside Dyer Grimes Architects and Heritage Collective to deliver a bold yet sensitive design response.

Despite the complexities of the site and heritage constraints, we achieved full Planning and Listed building Consent in under 8 weeks – an exceptional result, particularly given that no Pre-application advice was sought. The design, a striking yet complementary addition, enhances the historic character of the property while providing for a modern living space.
